The Join Link I was sent isn't working.

  • Verify that the link is the correct format, join.photocircleapp.com followed by 10 alphanumeric digits (e.g. join.photocircleapp.com/A1BCDE2FGH). If the link does not follow this format ask a member of the circle to send you a new invite.
  • If tapping on the join link does not launch PhotoCircle, copy and paste it into your phone's browser. We recommend using Safari on iOS devices and Google Chrome on Android.
  • If you are receiving an error code in PhotoCircle, ensure your app is updated to the latest version and try again.
  • If the link is valid but issues persist, please contact support by tapping “Chat with Us” below or via email (support@photocircleapp.com) and provide:
    • The full link
    • Your name
    • Your email address

The QR Code I have won't scan.

  • Ask a member of the circle to send you a Join Link instead.

    • A picture of the QR code
    • Your name
    • Your email address
