- Disconnect from wifi and retry using your device's data connection.
- Verify that your PhotoCircle app is updated to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play.
- Disconnect from any VPN you are running on your device and retry.
- Check if any new security software was recently installed on your device. This may be blocking your connection.
