If you are having trouble signing in, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

General Log In Issues

  • Ensure your account email is entered correctly. If you have more than one email address, try them all.
  • Tap the ”Forgot Password” option on the Sign In screen. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the recovery email promptly.
  • You may have created your account using Sign Up with Apple and not provided an email address to us. Try “Sign in with Apple”.
  • If you use Gmail or Microsoft email, you may be able to access your account by tapping “Sign In with Google” or “Sign In with Microsoft.”

Sign in with Facebook

As of May 2024, Sign in with Facebook is no longer available. If you previously signed in using this option, you should:

  • Enter the email address you use to access Facebook.
  • Tap “Forgot Password.” A password reset email will be sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.

Email Address You Can No Longer Access

  • Please tap “Chat with us” at the bottom of this screen.
  • Please provide:
    • Name
    • Previous email address
    • New email address

Email Address Included a Typo Upon Sign Up

  • Please tap “Chat with us” at the bottom of this screen.
  • Please provide:
    • Name
    • Email address

Logging in on Web

Access to PhotoCircle for Web is only available to PhotoCircle Essentials and other premium plan subscribers.
