  • Navigate to the Support Center:
    • If signed in, go to Settings (top left button of the home screen) > Support Center > Scroll down to select Chat with us.
    • If not signed in, access support from the authentication screen under Contact Support.
  • Provide Details: Please include detailed information about the issue: error messages, steps to reproduce, and any attempted troubleshooting.
  • Wait for Assistance: Our support team will review and respond through the chat, usually within a couple hours.
