There are two reasons why a Workspace cancellation message would be sent:

  • You cancelled your subscription;
  • Your payment failed for more than 14 days.

To regain access to your account, tap on the Resubscribe Now button in the email. All of your content and Workspace settings will be preserved.

The Resubscribe Now link is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed, you will need to sign up for a new plan at photocircleapp.com (make sure to use the email address as your existing account) and click on the Workspace Activation email to regain access. All of your content will be preserved but you will need to reconfigure your Workspace settings.
