If you encounter a message that an account with the email you wish to change to already exists, you most likely have two PhotoCircle accounts. PhotoCircle Support can help you to merge them.
Please select the "Chat with Us" option in the app or email support (support@photocircleapp.com) with the following details:
- Emails on both accounts
- Email address you wish to utilize going forward (i.e. how you will log in)
Our team may request that you send confirmation that the merge is authorized by the account that will no longer be used for log in.
