PhotoCircle uses modern video codecs, including HEVC. If videos are not playing (or playing without audio), follow these steps to ensure all required settings are enabled:

• Open Google Chrome and paste this link: chrome://settings
• In the search bar that appears in the Settings menu, search for "Use graphics acceleration when available" and ensure it is enabled.
• If the issue still persists, paste this link into Google Chrome: chrome://gpu and search for HEVC to ensure your graphics card handles HEVC decoding.
