If you are using the free, ad-supported Friends & Family version, PhotoCircle can only be accessed via the app. You can download the latest app version via the App Store or Google Play.
For PhotoCircle+ subscribers, web access (laptop/desktop only, not mobile web) is available to the subscriber only (not other Circle members).
PhotoCircle's Premium Plans include access to PhotoCircle for Web for both the subscriber and anyone else in their Circles (laptop/desktop only, not mobile web).
