PhotoCircle offers three sorting options for photos/videos in a Circle:
- Standard: Sorted by when the media was added to the Circle. Moderator can drag to re-order.
- Newest First: Sorted by when the media was captured, with most recent at the top.
- Oldest First: Sorted by when media was captured, with most recent at the bottom.
Moderators are able to decide the default sorting option for the Circle. All members are able too override the default option and select a different sorting option for their personal view.
To change your selected sorting option:
- Tap on the ⓘ icon in the upper right corner to open the Circle Info screen.
- Tap on Media Sorting.
- If needed, tap to expand the My Preferred Sorting section, and tap the option you would like to select.
- Tap Save to apply your selection.
To set a default order for the Circle (Moderators only)
- Navigate to Media Sorting as shown above
- If needed, tap to expand the Default Circle Sorting section, and tap again to make your selection.
- Tap Save to apply your selection. This sorting option will now be shown to all Circle members unless they choose to override it with their own sorting selection.
To reorder photos in Standard sort mode (Moderators only)
- Long tap on the media grid. You can now drag and drop photos to re-order them.
- Tap “Save new order” along the top of the media grid to finalize.
